Your PDFs stay on your device

PDF Powerhouse processes PDFs entirely in your web browser using client-side libraries such as pdf-lib and pdf.js. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot access the contents of any document you open, edit, merge, split, or convert.

What we collect

• Account information (optional): If you sign in, we store only the authentication details required to identify you for MCP server access. We do not collect passwords.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about which tools are used and how the app performs. This data does not include your PDF contents or personal identifiers.
• Cookies and advertising: We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your visit to this and other sites.

PDF Powerhouse participates in the Google AdSense program. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

Data retention and deletion

Because PDF processing happens locally, we do not retain your documents. Any optional account data is retained only as long as needed to provide access to authenticated features. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
